Remember those hours of fun in art class when you were young, squashing paint in a fold of paper to make a butterfly?
Well, here is our version: butterfly effect. The end result has created a wonderful abstracted watery effect but when we change the colour as in this version of the design, it translates as flickering flames.
Printed on a sumptuous soft velvet, in a spectrum of fiery orange shades on a rich black and aubergine ground.
The original abstract artwork for this sumptuous fabric was created by us in our Dorset studio, then digitally printed onto a wonderfully soft velvet.
Use this fabric to add a unique, dramatic edge to your home furnishings.
Digital print ensures all the splendid detail of the original artwork is preserved and printing it on velvet gives the design a wonderfully soft and luxurious finish. While also being very durable with excellent light and colour fastness.
Please note: we print an extra 1.5cm of the design on each side to allow for perfect pattern matching when stitching 2 widths together. (Full width pattern repeat is 148cm. Full printed width of fabric is 151cm)

Delivery:
Your order will be cut in one continuous length i.e if you purchase 5 x Fabric by the metre you will receive a 5 metre length of fabric.

All A & H Wills velvet is printed to order by our trusted UK manufacturer. We ensure consistency across every metre you receive with all orders quality checked and packed by ourselves.

Our fabrics are all digitally printed, a much more sustainable process than screen or rotary printing. There is less wasted ink, materials and energy used in production. All of the inks used are water based.
