Shipping & Returns
The cost of shipping your goods will be calculated and confirmed during the checkout process. We will endeavour to get goods dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.
We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.
Our courier will also get in contact and provide a tracking reference for your order.
For UK mainland addresses, please allow up to 3 working days from our notification of dispatch for receipt of goods.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return it to us for a refund or exchange in the same condition you received it in within 14 days of date of order.
Unless faulty, returned or exchanged goods must be sent back to us in original packaging, accompanied with any hang-tags and in a saleable condition. No refund or exchange will be processed for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
If you wish to return goods, in the first instance please get in touch via the contact page or e-mail us directly: email@example.com and we will e-mail you a returns form to be included when sending us the goods.

We strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting when you return goods. We cannot give refunds or provide credit for packages lost during return shipment unless we have arranged collection.
Except in instances where the item was delivered in error or was faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us.
Once we have received the goods we will confirm receipt by e-mail. If they are returned in a satisfactory condition we will then refund the purchase price paid for goods (excluding any delivery charge) within 7 working days.
Please note: Refund of delivery charge will only be given on goods that are defective
